Custom Stickers & Returns

All custom stickers are made to order specifically for you. Due to their personalized nature, we cannot reuse or recycle them. As a result, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to defects or damage.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Stickers

If your stickers arrive damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement. To resolve such issues, please email us at help@stickerize.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a reprint as necessary.

No Refunds

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. This includes cases of:

  • Errors in size or design submitted by the customer.
  • A change of mind after production begins.

Parcel Handling

Uncollected parcels will be handled by the shipping company, and no refunds will be provided. It is essential to track and collect your package on time.

Reporting Issues

To address missing parcels, customers must report the issue within 5 business days of the delivery date. Late claims will not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

  • Orders are produced in the exact size specified on the website. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
  • Once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
